The Inter-Activity and Display of Aqueous Grapheme
Aqueous Grapheme is intended to help us realise the importance of water, and to draw attention to this powerful and life giving element. To aid the discussion around water – its use in both ecological systems and for humans leasure time – we propose that Aqueous Grapheme is displayed in a public area that uses water such as water parks, marinas, hydro displays, and other such public events.
How It Works
Near the piece their is a board with the number. Some small facts are written about water, and then the question is asked, what is your question? There is a toll free number provided, which will accept the texts from the viewer.
An SMS is then sent by the user to the number provided. Based on a basic algorithm the message is then sent to the moderater or simply answered by the algorithm If the question is to short, or two long, if it seems to complexe or holds invalid key words, then it is sent to the moderator who answers the question or directs it to the proper algorithmic answer.
The answer to the question is then sent to the apparatus, which displays the text through water, water which seems to just be held in space. Should there be no questions asked, the machine cycles through answers that exist within the data base. Each answer is displayed for 45 seconds at most before disappearing until the same question is asked again.
